Customer service and building design

No night activity like entertainment Spa located in second floor Rooms floor tiles has to be changed. Is not healthy contain moisture and type of smelly.

Big room customer service are excellent ....clean .... Nice design . Just spa needs to (hard wood floors ) be replaced.... alot of moisture . Keep the good work.

Room was spacious and spotless. A business/tourist friendly environment in the lounge area . And very professional staff. In the Gym is all you need and more .Breakfast buffet generous. I Would come again for sure .

It was perfect wellcome by recepsionist Mehmet ,Sude and another girl cant remember her name ., I came late in the evening on 16-th jul They explained everything for facilities in the hotel and around., they were soo warm and I recommend to everyone

Good clean hotel but the location is too far from the tourist attraction places

Everything is perfect. I like breakfast wonderful, the staff are very cooperative, especially Mr. Mehmet Atasoy location is also very good

Friendly Staff

Black / Green mold in the bathtub for every room, had to get 3 room changes and they were all the same. Water Dripping from the ceiling, just very gross for a "5 star hotel" (pictures attached)

Staffs were quite rude and not at all cooperative WiFi was not working for the entire day

Location was quite inconvenient And there were market around A barren location

Everything about my stay was excellent. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and professional, and especially Nura, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Just a small suggestion for breakfast – please consider adding more vegetarian options. Thank you.

The ambience and had good parking. The staff who attended to me was so nice and they even upgraded my room from to a suite. It was a perfect time to upgrade me.

Great comfortable hotel, great services and facilities. Everything is clean and staff is really pleasant and helpful.

My non smoking room had a lingering smell of smoking but that was in the meeting area so bedroom was ok.

rooms are spacious

location far from anywhereeatung places very limited n need to walk at least 10 minutes to nearest. restaurants in Pullman very limited in choice, breakfast repeats the same daily.room utilities were missing from room eg face towels, toiletries. shower in bathtub had no screen to stop shower spills onto floor. power sockets were old n sometimes did not connect.

I recently stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Istanbul with my best friend, and I can’t praise the experience enough! The day before my friend’s birthday, I secretly asked the reception if they could arrange a surprise. On the morning of her birthday (which was also our checkout day), I confirmed the details with Nura, the amazing guest relations manager. She was incredibly kind and made sure everything went smoothly. After breakfast, a surprise birthday cake was delivered to our room, just as Nura had promised. She even texted me to keep me updated on the timing. This thoughtful touch made our stay extra special. Thanks to Nura’s kindness and attention to detail, I would definitely return to Pullman!

The ambience & the staff are so accommodating & always ready to help. I must recognize Nudaa, mumad & ajel am not sure of her name but this three were exceptional. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.
